Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a binding contract to use PCS. When you create an account, you agree to provide accurate information and to keep your login details secure. You're responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

Campaigns must be for a genuine business need - launching, running, or growing a business - and must be based in one of PCS's supported countries. You're responsible for the accuracy of your campaign's title, story, funding goal, and any updates you post. Misleading, false, or fraudulent campaigns may be removed at PCS's discretion.

Donations made through PCS are voluntary contributions to the campaign a backer chooses to support. PCS may charge a service fee on donations processed through the platform; any applicable fee will be disclosed before a backer completes a donation. Donations are generally non-refundable, except where required by law or where PCS determines a refund is warranted.

To withdraw funds raised, you must link a bank account in your campaign's country and complete PCS's identity and bank verification process. PCS reserves the right to decline or delay a withdrawal request where verification is incomplete or where we reasonably suspect fraud or a Terms violation.

You agree not to use PCS to:

• Create a campaign for an illegal purpose or one that violates another person's rights;
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information about a campaign or its purpose;
• Impersonate any person or business, or misrepresent your affiliation with one; or
• Interfere with or attempt to disrupt PCS's platform, security, or other users' accounts.

PCS's name, logo, and platform are owned by PCS and may not be used without permission. You retain ownership of the content you post on your campaign, but you grant PCS a license to display it on the platform for the purpose of operating and promoting your campaign.

PCS provides a platform for campaigns to be created and funded; we don't guarantee that any campaign will reach its goal, or vouch for the accuracy of any campaign's claims. PCS is provided "as is," and to the fullest extent permitted by law, PCS isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

PCS may suspend or terminate your account or remove a campaign at any time if we believe these Terms have been violated. You may stop using PCS and close your account at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and any dispute arising from your use of PCS will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kenya.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll take reasonable steps to let you know before they take effect. Continuing to use PCS after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
