Backers can support a campaign from anywhere - across the African continent or around the world. There's no requirement that a backer live in the same country as the campaign they're supporting.

Yes. Each supported country has its own minimum target amount to keep campaigns realistic and fundable. Your campaign uses the minimum funding target for the nationality submitted in KYC.

Your campaign displays amounts in your country's local currency, based on the nationality submitted in KYC when your campaign is created.

Funds become available to withdraw once your campaign reaches its funding target. Before withdrawing, you'll need to link a verified bank account from your dashboard.

From your dashboard, choose Link bank, select your bank, enter your account details, and upload an ID document. Our team reviews submissions before your bank details are approved for withdrawals.

Yes. You can update your campaign's title, story, and image at any time from your dashboard by opening the campaign and selecting edit.

Your campaign stays live and any funds already raised remain credited to your available balance, but withdrawals only unlock once you hit your target. You can keep sharing your campaign to close the gap.

Yes - you can create and run more than one campaign at a time. Each campaign has its own goal, story, and donations, and you can follow all of them from your dashboard.

You'll need to verify your email address when you sign up. A separate identity document is only required later, when you link a bank account to withdraw funds.
