My name is Kagiso Molefe, and I have spent more than thirteen years working as a software engineer and technology consultant for organisations ranging from startups to multinational corporations. Throughout my career, I repeatedly observed businesses investing heavily in equipment, facilities, and marketing while continuing to operate with inefficient internal systems that slowed decision-making and reduced profitability. Every rand raised through this campaign will be invested directly into engineering talent, cloud infrastructure, product development, cybersecurity, and customer implementation capabilities.

The funds raised through this campaign will be used for the following:

• Recruit additional software engineers, UI/UX designers, cloud architects, DevOps engineers, cybersecurity specialists, quality assurance professionals, business analysts, and technical project managers to increase development capacity.

• Strengthen our cloud infrastructure by investing in secure hosting environments, automated testing systems, continuous deployment platforms, disaster recovery solutions, and enterprise-grade development tools that improve software reliability.

• Establish an innovation laboratory dedicated to researching artificial intelligence, workflow automation, predictive analytics, business intelligence, and next-generation software technologies for African businesses.

• Expand customer implementation and technical support teams that assist organisations with software deployment, employee training, cloud migration, and long-term system optimisation.

• Enhance cybersecurity capabilities through advanced monitoring systems, security auditing, penetration testing, compliance certifications, and ongoing protection against emerging digital threats.

• Strengthen internship, graduate recruitment, and professional development programmes that prepare the next generation of South African software engineers and technology leaders.
