My name is Grace Adebayo, and I am the founder of BrightPath Learning Technologies, an educational technology company dedicated to making quality learning more accessible to students, young professionals, and businesses across Nigeria. Our company develops online courses, virtual training programmes, corporate learning solutions, examination preparation resources, and digital learning platforms that help people acquire practical skills needed for today's economy. We believe education should not be limited by geography, financial circumstances, or access to expensive institutions. With the right technology, high-quality education can reach anyone with an internet connection.

The idea for BrightPath Learning Technologies was born during my years as a secondary school teacher. While teaching, I quickly realized that many brilliant students were being left behind simply because they lacked access to quality learning materials outside the classroom. Some travelled long distances for extra lessons, while others could not afford private tutoring at all. When I later moved into corporate training, I encountered a similar challenge among working professionals who wanted to improve their careers but struggled to find affordable, flexible training programmes that fit around their work schedules.

I became convinced that technology could solve many of these problems. Digital learning platforms were transforming education around the world, yet many Nigerian learners still relied on outdated resources or expensive overseas platforms that were not designed for local realities. I wanted to build a platform created specifically for African learners—one that combined practical skills, affordable pricing, experienced instructors, and modern technology into a single learning ecosystem.

Five years ago, I invested my personal savings and partnered with two software developers and several experienced educators to build the first version of BrightPath Learning Technologies. We began with only a handful of online courses covering digital skills, entrepreneurship, business management, and examination preparation. Our first office was a small shared workspace where our team wrote course materials, recorded lessons using basic equipment, answered student enquiries, and continuously improved the platform based on user feedback.

The early months were incredibly challenging. Convincing people to trust a new online learning platform required persistence because many students had previously paid for low-quality digital courses that failed to deliver real value. Rather than spending heavily on advertising, we focused on producing exceptional educational content, providing outstanding learner support, and continuously updating our courses based on industry trends. As more students completed our programmes and shared positive experiences with friends and colleagues, enrolment steadily increased.

Today, BrightPath Learning Technologies serves thousands of learners across Nigeria. Our students include university graduates preparing for employment, entrepreneurs building new businesses, teachers seeking professional development, corporate employees improving workplace skills, and business owners investing in staff training. We have also partnered with several organizations to deliver customized digital learning programmes that improve employee productivity and professional development.

Although demand for online learning continues growing rapidly, one of our greatest challenges is visibility. The education technology market has become increasingly competitive, with learners constantly exposed to both local and international platforms. While our courses consistently receive excellent feedback from students, our marketing budget has limited our ability to reach the millions of Nigerians who could genuinely benefit from our programmes. Many potential learners simply do not know our platform exists.

We have spent the past year carefully analysing our growth strategy with marketing specialists, education consultants, and technology professionals. Rather than expanding our product catalogue immediately, we believe the greatest opportunity lies in building awareness of the high-quality platform we have already created. By investing in strategic marketing, partnerships, and digital outreach, we can reach significantly more learners while increasing course enrolment and strengthening long-term sustainability.

We are seeking ₦18,500,000 to execute a nationwide marketing and advertising campaign that will introduce BrightPath Learning Technologies to students, professionals, businesses, and educational institutions throughout Nigeria. Every naira raised through this campaign will be invested directly into expanding our reach, growing student enrolment, and making quality education more accessible to people who need it most.

The funds raised through this campaign will be used for the following:

• Launch comprehensive digital advertising campaigns across major online platforms to reach students, graduates, professionals, and entrepreneurs throughout Nigeria.

• Produce high-quality promotional videos, educational content, webinars, and success stories that showcase the impact of our learning programmes.

• Develop strategic partnerships with universities, professional associations, businesses, and training organizations to expand awareness of our platform.

• Recruit additional marketing specialists, content creators, partnership managers, and customer success representatives to support our growth.

• Organize free career workshops, virtual learning events, and educational seminars that introduce more people to digital learning opportunities.

• Strengthen our student support systems and customer engagement programmes to improve learner satisfaction and retention.

• Expand scholarship and discounted access programmes for students from underserved communities who cannot afford traditional training.

The impact of this campaign extends far beyond increasing business revenue.
